This is a fledgling city and requires new citizens!

We have two districts, feel free to set up shop in either one! But remember, you're stuck with the one you choose!

Our districts are arranged in blocks, or 'tiles'. Every new migrant here will get a free tile and 10,000 dollars! ($10 for short)

Now, the buildings you make in your tiles will be graded by me, the mayor of this fine city!
The grades will be 1-5, and some tiles may even be marked as city landmarks and made permanent!

These grades will determine the worth of your tile, and your city-provided income!
Speaking of income, you can feel free to buy new tiles, trade with other citizens, added to your savings, or just donate it back to me!
(We can afford this because your wonderful creations will, hopefully, provide great amounts of tourism!)

Tiles can be replaced with new buildings by our contractors in 3, yes 3, days!
Isn't it a dream!?

Elections for the head of each district will also be run every 3 days.
The head of a district can buy new plots of land to be added to their district, and many more benefits!


After 30 days of this, I will count up the wealth of all of the tiles in each district and decide which one is superior!
Every inhabitant of the winning district will receive a medal of honor from the city!
The losing district, however, will be flattened for future construction.

This process will repeat until our wonderful city has become the richest, most powerful, and most populated city in the world!
