In honor of what everyone seems to want to turn the forum into nowadays/because everyone takes themselves too seriously, me most of all, post some horrifying ♥♥♥♥ in regards to your linguistic skills when you first found the internet. "*points*HAHA!Do u got msn messenger" ""Check out my myspace and ull see what kind of music i listen to.I added your eminem and greenday video too.It really was cool."" Bonus points for this one is the display name I had at the time (I'm pulling these from myspace messages.) is "I love someone I can't have" and later was "Tear open my heart". Funny ♥♥♥♥. "Just wanted to say hey sorry u moved.And to tell you i never realized how beautiful you are.I had feelings for you but not the guts to ask you out.Now I've lost my chance." Dictating rules just because I can: Try and keep this lighthearted. The point of the topic is to post how stupid you were, nobody needs your help in identifying just how stupid it is. Post only things which are your words. The purpose of the thread is self-mockery, not general mockery. Nobody wants to hear your pretentious ♥♥♥♥♥♥ spew about how you were great at English when you found the internet. It's little more than veiled mockery/ego jerking and will make you look like you love men. Don't do it. |

I remember being introduced to some elite all-knowing person from Flecko.net when I first joined via MSN messenger, I typed something like "lol, hi nice 2 meet u." Then getting soundly rebuked by the introducer and told to use proper grammar. |

Well, this isn't so bad. Most previous forums I've been to have been deleted due to some idiocy or another. I'm sure I was pretty awful, but the evidence has all burned away. According to Studies of West African Islamic History, I was a pretty nasty town back in the day. |

Not as bad as i expected. Just me blathering about my horrible past in school etc, along with the dreaded premature line breaks that pissed off so many people. It's the earliest of my posts in here that i could get hold of, though i'm sure that i've made worse posts before that. :U |
