Post Tech Support needed
My mouse is freaking out. I know its my computer making it do so though. It will skip clicks. i can't click and drag. It messed up all my cortex command mods.

What i have tried:
1st. System Derangementor
2nd. System Restore
3rd. Changing mouse settings.

All have done nothing.

Try a different mouse, from a different computer, in a different USB port. If it still continues to be retarded, then it's your computer.

Did you do anything to the computer before it started happening? Random and possibly futile guess is that you may have for some reason installed new drivers/OS updates that have decided to facehump your mouse drivers.

Persistence after a system restore points to likely hardware or hardware-software interface fault.

Why do people think this forum is the best place to go for technical support? This always boggles my mind.

Something like this happened to me. Blow into the crack between the mouse buttons and the mouse base, bash the mouse buttons with your knuckles (or other blunt object) a few times and it should work. This might not work for you, but it did for me.
