Well RTD's topic is nonsense anyway, there's not a whole lot that can be off topic in there.

So the fact that the content of the thread is garbage means it doesn't need to be policed, whereas we have had four different versions of funny irc quotes lolol with perfectly humorous and meaningful content that has been interesting.
