They changed it from Off-Topic to general discussion forever ago in order to promote on-topic, relevant posts. I'm not sure that it helped that much. But yeah, why the change back? |

I would like to point out that forum rearrangement and reordering is not done yet. And because of that there may be some misplaced/named sub forums until it has been sorted out |
