The world of Generia was once beset by a time of darkness and shadowyness and redundancy. A time where sorcery and superstition ruled with an iron fist. War was rampant and a quick death was what most prayed for... but thats not the era in which this story, your story, takes place. Nay, you were born many centuries later in a time where magic and technology work hand in hand. Where great ships sail not only the sea but the sky. Where gunpowder has begun to take its place on the battlefield. This is a time of romanticism and exploration! Many people of all different races set out in search of treasure and adventure. As for you, you are... hmmm what are you again? Human (easier to negotiate/barter; Jack of all trades) Feral Elf (better with bows and wilderness survival; Agile; Animal Affinity; Grudgingly allowed in civillized society) High Elf (Exceptional Caster; Frail body) Dwarf (Tougher than most; Bad at social situations) Kobold (Exceptional at Sneaking; Necrophage; Resistance to poison; Extremely weak physically;unwelcome in civilized society) Kenku (Natural weapons:Beak, talons; Improved jump; Glide and Flying at later levels; Bones break Easily; can only wear/use custom weapons and armor; Grudgingly allowed in civillized society) Troll (Natural weapons: Claws; Natural Armor: Tough Hide; Enhanced Regeneration; Fatally weak against fire and acid;unwelcome in civilized society) Mutant (Starts with random mutations some helpful others detrimental; unwelcome in civilized society; adaptable) |

Kenku. Bird men amuse me for some reason. Also, I like "grudgingly accepted in society," since that doesn't necessarily bar you from certain things, but is sure to make them interesting. |

Go dwarf. Tavern exploits, as previously stated, mining and smithing prowess, and shortness will all work to our favor. Also, we can make some kinda retarded steam powered robo legs or use em to have all sorts of adventures. |
