So, after all my OS problems, I installed Vista onto a 6.18 GB partition. Later on, I realized that won't be anywhere near enough space. So, I used GParted to shrink a different partition down 10GB, freeing up 10GB to add to the 6.18GB partition my OS is on. After it shrank, It showed that it had freed up 10GB. But when I went to make the size of my small partition bigger, it wouldn't let me. It would allow me to make 2 different partitions bigger, but not the one I needed. So, anyone know how I can add those 10GB to the 6.18GB partition and make it bigger? And yes, all these partitions are on the same HDD. |

$su -c 'rm -rf /user/home/whitty' http://lmgtfy.com/?q=resize+linux+partition You are probably stupid and formatted the drive as NTFS, because you are a luser and don't know better. Reformat and reinstall as ext3. |

I'm not going to reformat anything. And why is that thing "resize linux partition"? |

Thor's an idiot and gparted doesn't support ntfs. Google partition magic. |

Solved by deleting my recovery drive and adding on the space it took up. |
