Would it be worth my time and energy to fix it myself (I have the tutorials and tools), or should I just go and buy a refurbished one (an extra $50 if ebay is to be believed)? Before you ask, yes I have a 360 and it works for most of my games, but the ones the 360 does not support are the very games I wanted to play when I bought the thing. I'm not afraid of bricking it because, frankly, it's already bricked. Warranty's already years out of date. I'm not worried about being banned from Live because I don't play on it and don't plan to. Is there anything else that might give me pause from doing it some weekend? (In Comp Help because that's the closest subforum imo, mods please move if you think otherwise) |
