Hey guys, I just made some music and I feel really good about this one, and want some opinions on it. You can listen to it Here. Please give me some feedback on it. I wanna know what DRL thinks of my music abilities and how there advancing. Thanks guys. |

Thanks alot. now my hard drive is forever scarred by furaffinity. EDIT: Anyways, the music would go under the catagory of 'techno' and it is decent. not my genre, but nonetheless. and now your username makes sense. EDIT2: It needs to be louder and less repetitive. maybe a less frequent and deeper pulse? |

I'll just ignore the context... Especially your avatar there, I'll particularly not acknowledge that. The song is... alright, I guess. It's difficult for one to judge a song from genres outside of their interest. It feels fairly drawn out, because it's medium in length and far too repetitious. |

I know it's repetitive, I am trying to figure out what to add. I can't make it any louder, its already at the 0Db mark, any higher and it will start clipping more than it already does. I was thinking of adding some bass, but I can't think of a bass line that would be good. I've considered making more drum loops than just the generic crap I added but... I suck at drums. My roommate suggested "It needs more cowbell" so I added the cowbell.... you can hear the cowbell right? it's not like its not the loudest thing in the song or anything... Also because things are only on the main page for a few minutes because FA is fairly busy none of my submissions get more than a few views, so if anyone feels up to subjecting themselves to my gallery, i'd appreciate comments and criticism, though I doubt i'll get advice... mostly I want to know what parts I suck at so that I can work on it... which is hard to do because FA is always ♥♥♥♥ busy. also did anyone recognize the guitar riff? it is a sample from something you wouldn't expect me to listen to. I was thinking of making some sort of contest out of guessing it but I can't think of anything to give the winner. so think of it as a challenge. |

needs some real drums. like, at least a kick, and maybe some twitchy snare-hihat stuff. you seem to be able to get some twitchy stuff happening already, but it needs some variation (not just claps) to make it properly good. i recognise the riff but dont actually know the name of it. needs less phase/wah, and something happening in the "pauses" (either booming drums or some sort of twitchy breakdown). you also need some sort of change, to a different riff at least. add a bassline too, and then it counts as a song. i like the edgy techno beat(s). it was decent. but drags on too long and becomes repetitive near the endif i was a big tehkno fan i would have enjoyed it/criticize it more but thats not my genre. |

Sounds fine to me, but I'm a techno fan. Seems I'm mostly alone itt. Nice buildup in the first half minute or so, and keeps the beat going. The ending is decent too, though perhaps it could use a bit of a jolt instead of slowly petering off, if you want to make a good technobeat. |
