Just curious what the Data Realms Fan Forums opinion is on epic songs. Or you can just put your favorite songs
for me:
Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen - one of my favorite
Flight of the Valkyries By Richard Wagner - most epic song I can think of

One, by Apocalyptica.

There's no way I'll admit to liking anything harder than classical (I love me my early romantic period), but hey, it's played on four cellos.

I remember that. Slatkin asked for no applause afterwards in commemoration of the trade centre attacks.

EDIT: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pR8ABKpw ... re=related

♥♥♥♥ epic in terms of technique required, double stop trills and ridiculous amounts of spiccato anyone? It's better than Vengerov's partially because he doesn't have a smarmy "I'm a ridiculously talented foot" face on.

I'm sorry, but Traffic has something to say about that.

Mother Russia - Iron Maiden

Paschendale - Iron Maiden

Epic means large, amazing, etc, these by far aren't my favorite songs, but they're certainly what I think the most epic.

Anything by The Pillows, but mainly the "Little Busters", "Blues Drive Monster", "Crazy Sunshine" and "I Think I Can" songs. Epic by themselves, even more epic when heard while watching their respective action sequences in FLCL. ( I am a FLCL addict :P )
