i just tried to do a rogue remover search in safe mode and some NT administrator made this prompt come up saying the computer was shutting down and had a timer for like 30 or 40 seconds. i shut my computer down before it happened. facepunch searches result in a white page with nothing on it, internet explorer has opened several times for no reason. how can i diagnose whatever is going on? i think smitfraudfix said there's some infected keys? but it doesn't delete them. i can post that report if needed. |

nevermind i got help from somewhere else. it was a trojan called vundo+a few other things. |

Did you use a help site with actual professional helpers or was it just a friend? I would really suggest you go to GeeksToGo or something else along the lines of that so they can help you follow up on getting rid of it. |

i used another forums computer help place. i downloaded malewarebytes or something and it detected everything and cleaned it all up in one fell swoop. |
