I have put up with this problem for a while now but with the release of spore in a few more days I am worried it is going to make the full game difficult to play. What keeps happening is when a I move my cursor over a body part, or remove a body part or open a menu ingame the screen freezes and only stops freezing only when I press ctrl alt del and then click cancel.

I have vista by the way incase thats the problem.

Nevermind I've sorted out the problem myself by downloading something for my nividia graphics card. You can lock the topic now.
