Post subject:  What's YOUR Upload and Download Speed?
Contest to see who has the fastest internet. For simplicity's sake everyone should use http://www.speedtest.net/ and imped the picture you get into your post. It should help to stop people from cheating.

I get free internet, as my dad works for our ISP, but it's really sucky internet.

That doesn't really suck. Anything at or around 3MB/s is more or less the same as 28mb/s because the server's you connect to never have enough bandwith to send you that much data.

Nom nom. They should be equal though, because according to whoever is giving
us our 'net, it should be 10 megabit up and down. I'll try again on more servers...

Okay, updated the results, so far I'm owning all of you. GO OPTIMUM LIGHTPATH. If anyone has verizon FIOS it would be interesting to see what they get, because that's fiber-optic, lightpath ironically is not.

My connection SUCKS.

Better than the recommended server by 150 kb download, upload slower by 13kb, ping 597 at ~100mi.
highest ping so far is 639ms

Venn, I live on Long Island, best place ever. Also, what's this about shogoll? (Alsoalso, after checking the stat's Russia has on average faster internet then the US...WTF? I mean Japan makes sense, but RUSSIA?
