Sup. Me and Nfsjunkie91 got together this morning and screwed around with Ninjam, which allows you to musically collaborate over the internet. I'll post some of the stuff we did, but unfortunately it may take a while, as Ninjam records 4 second bursts of your sessions. This may take a while to paste together. In any case, this thread is reserved for discussion concerning Ninjam and "applying" for the band. Right now, we don't really have any set schedule and it's kinda "Get IIRC and see if anyone wants to play." If you do play an instrument and have a microphone, you're welcome to join. I can also help you if you have a keyboard with a MIDI interface and MIDI cables. I also dislike distortion, making virtually all of their songs disinteresting. Their cover of One is all I ever liked, and even then, I only like the first half or so. You might like parts of the Reflections album. Not too much distortion, and there are vocals on just 2 songs. I agree that their new stuff is not what I listen to them for. Maybe you guys should find a good editing program so you can balance out the dynamics some. If it's not possible to actually play at the right volume with ninjam. |
