How do I do it without losing too much colour qualityness?

Use an image editor that isn't Paint.

Literally anything else will do it fine. Irfanview, Graphics Gale, Photoshop, ANYTHING.

bull♥♥♥♥. Computer help is for people who need help knowing what happened when their motherboard suddenly started spitting sparks. Not for quick questions google can answer.

Google can answer why motherboards spit sparks. Not all computer problems are hardware. And stop flaming.
