As much as I normally agree with stuff like this, it'll get very confusing, and some people (myself included) actually like reading these things.

I'm sure that a centralized thread will get much more obfuscated then 90 goddamn billion of them.

And then you need to look through loads of other people's work until you get to the one you want to read.

Besides, there are very few of us that actually bother to write a story and then finish it, there's only two topics right now, that's not really going to distract anyone.
