Pixelux Digital Molecular Matter (AKA: Awesomeness)
http://www.pixeluxentertainment.com/Crazy Awesome Physics Simulator. Don't believe me? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VAnXolinMPEWill be used in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. Sadly I have no 360 or PS3 and the Wii can't handle it. Should be a guideline for how CC should handle its terrain and MOs.

Also something like it is being used in the new Alone in the Dark game, and I think the new Indiana Jones game, too.

THE WII CANT HANDLE THE TRUTH Also I'm glad someone admitted the Wii is an underpowered gimmick machine. Also physics yes.

Re: Pixelux Digital Molecular Matter (AKA: Awesomeness)
are you kidding? physics are the best bit in a game, they can make a crap game awesome (if the physics are awesome enough).
If you've used/"played" phun and OECake you should know this, physics on its own is awesome.
This line marks the end of console bickering. -------------------------------------------

Fanboys.
Games have come a long way from DOS based, I honestly can't imagine the future. MAYBE FLYING CARS! Cars dynamically flying via physics simulations.
I would love if Sunrise could use some of this, but it costs cash money. AMONG OTHER SOURCE CONSTRAINTS.

First of all- If you think physics are necessary for a game, or that lacking physics makes the game worse, please go crawl in a hole and die think about the older games you've played like.. I dunno.. Doom? Games that have no physics, back when physics meant nothing to game developers other than "Oh shoot! WE NEED MORE GRAVITY!"
Secondly- I've seen this and it is impressive, but so far it's useless to me. It's videos of physics. Whoopdidoo.

Think about the incredible physics in Halo and GTA, I find it fun just crashing vehicles just for the physics. Remember OEcake? I had lots of fun with that game because I could burn stick stick figures realistically reenact real life situations. Oh sure, some of my favorite games had nothing but, like you said, gravity (Kirby Super Star), but still physics make games real cool. And you can't deny that. Can you?

WildStar, did you actually just call Halo physics REALISTIC?
My god, you're funny.

My god, you're funny. Well, um... I know Halo physics are a bit... exaggerated. But besides that you can really have some fun with them.
