EDIT: the dark red is where leadpumper will build his police HQ thingie, the building with the green blobs is a goverment research facility, the green blobs are smoke, that is where Foa will spawn and have to break out of, the blue building is where i live, but i only rent a single room, and no-one knows about me being clam man.
EDIT2: Oh yeah, Grif spawns at the mall with a different colored cloak everytime he respawns.

It's topdown...but you have a side view of all the buildings. Did supervillians knock the buildings down on their side? Doesn't that already count has destroying the city? Why do the buildings look like candles? Does that make the malls broken widescreen monitors? IS THIS SOME SORT OF SICK GAME TO YOU?
