At least one paragraph. Please do not post comments/praise/whatever. That's what PM is for.

Sniper's Breath by Pyrorex (Oph)

Breathe in. Breathe out.
The words echo through my mind, a mantra.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Keeping in rhythm with my heartbeat.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Eye to the scope.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Careful aim.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Finger to the trigger.
Breathe in. Shoot. Breathe out.

A Bullets Life.

Away in a factory, away from front lines,
They crafted me, they crafted my kind.
Packing us up in boxes and crates,
To await our destiny, await our fate.
We travel the countries, travel the lands,
Until we arrive, in waiting hands.
The troops move out, and we oblige,
We grow eager, we feel alive.
A warning sounds, the troops arrange,
The enemy advances, they draw in range.
A hammer falls, my bodys ablaze,
The world around me floats through a haze.
A final thump, is all i hear,
As Earth's gravity draws me near.
The man I hit, I would never know,
But his last moments, away they flow.

A sonnet found in a Game Informer issue that I liked:

They gallop gracefully over the plain
Their yellow feathers shine under the sun.
Under thier golden flanks, thier muscles strain
To bear thier riders proudly as they run.
These noble steeds whose work is never done,
Unlock steep paths o'er mountains, seas and snow,
Protecting riders from foes they outrun.
Where airships dare not land, they bravely go
What name is thiers, what title, dost thou know?
What noble word can encompass thier might?
I'll tell thee straight, that name is "chocobo"
That princely bird, so favored in God's sight
O, tremble at their coming, O, and hark
To hear them sweetly sound thier stately "wark!"

That is not random. random is like hitler one day waking up after a great day of picking up daisies from the forest of death right next to his local post office where he posts off letters to all of his pen pals, and wanting to eat his favourite brand of cereal; corn flakes. He takes a big chunk of corn-flakey goodness with his hands cupped and throws it at a spoon. Most corn flakes fly off of the spoon but some manage to remain on the spoon using the sticky properties of milk. It is commonly known that milk has special atoms bonded into it's genetic code called 'lolwuttoms' which allow it to fly up against walls and stick to them. This method is best known for it's use by spiderman, who is now a hobo because he does not make any money whatsoever from saving people and in-fact it costs him so much money because of all of the sello-tape he has to buy to allow him to 'web up' his enemies using the mighty powers of spidey sellotape. "THIS 50 CALIBER BARRET CAN PUT A HOLE IN A TANK" Said a man standing next to hitler, but hitler was not afraid because he learned many of his tricks from the teenage mutant ninja turtles and did a flying swasticka move on his face siezing the 50 cal barret and causing the nearby WoW nerds to flop onto the concrete ground in extreme shock. "HEY DUDE THAT GUY IS LIKE A LEVEL 70 WITH FULL (insert awesome armour here)!" Said one WoW nerd
"No" said Hitler, and ran at them with his full WoW nerd hate abilities, but stalin interrupted him just in time using his magic hammer and sickle, pulling them out and slicing hitler's face off. Hitler was not affected by his face being sliced off because he only needs his awesome armband to live, and if that is removed he dies. But stalin knew this, and was only playing with Hitler for the time being. He threw his hammer with extreme force but it did not cut the arm-band. Stalin was amazed at this, because communist school supposedly told him so much about the cutting of hammers. He went to throw his awesome sickle, but Tacgnol jumped in the way and took the blow.

A tear was brought to everyone's eyes that day, and this even was known from then on as, "World War II"

Today

Today is a fleeting bird over the sea
Today is a snow flake in may
Today is the Green of the Leafs in September
Today is to short to look ahead
Today is a Day to Live and Enjoy
Today will allways end but Another Today will Begin

Heres my poem/short story. And its not a story of my life.

(Working title)

Just as always,
My words were never cared for
Nobody cared about what I said.
Although I was not ugly,
Although I was always right,
Although I was unique,
Although I never fight,
Although I was always nice,
My words fell on deaf ears.
And when I am all alone,
I was fighting back tears.
Nobody liked me,
Nobody ever cared,
Nobody ever listened,
Nobody would even dare,
So I stopped talking
I didn’t know what else to do,
So I sat in a corner and waited for death,
But then I met you…

You listened to me
You didn’t care about what I was
You only paid attention to what I could be
“All you need is a push in the right direction”
Is what you said so confidently
Then I realized something amazing
You cared about me evidently
And we became best friends
We always agreed
That this friendship was meant to be
And there was nothing else that we would need
And as time went by,
Our relationship grew
Until I found something even more shocking;
I had fallen in love with you!

I never realized it before
But you were so beautiful
And I started to love you more and more
I truly and fully loved you
Although never said it like that
Because I was scared
That you didn’t love me back
But I wasn’t going to keep any secrets
And when I finally admitted this,
You did something that I couldn’t forget,
You leaned over to me and gave me a kiss!
You told me that you loved me also
I was the happiest man in the world
By a hundred miles or so

I would never go back to what I was
That horrible time, long long ago
Because I was with you, and plus:
I had made many other friends as well…

It's not done yet...
Please give me some feedback
