So, i'm sick and tired of having a POS computer, so i took the links to Ophanim's computer, and am changing a few things. Any tips? Mobo CPU Graphics Card (will probably be overclocking) PSU RAM Hard Drive Case CD/DVD Burner CD/DVD Drive Mouse Keyboard Mouse Pad Speakers That's it for now, please tell me if everything is compatible, if theres places i could do better for cheaper/not much more, etc. |

A 17 dollar MOUSEPAD? A 40 dollar keyboard is overkill, but a mousepad is just stupid. Why did you get a more expensive motherboard, as well? Other than that, the parts are all compatible. |

Yeah... It's just, with my current mouse pad.. Jesus. The mouse gets stuck every 4 seconds. Mouse pad was overkill, can you recommend me a better MoBo? maybe an SLI one? |

The original link Ophanim posted has a 37 dollar mobo. If you're not getting a second graphics card, there's no point to it being SLI capable. That 37 dollar one isn't SLI capable, so it'd fit your needs. As far as SLI: Unless you really want to spend extra money (second graphics card, heavier PSU, more expensive mobo) there's not much reason to get it. Short of wanting to run games on super-high settings, you're going to be able to do just about anything with a single card. |

Everything there looks good to me, except for two things. First of all, don't waste your money on that CPU, get this one, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6819103194 , which can easily and safely be overclocked to the same speed. THEN you should use the money you save by switching the CPU to instead get THIS case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6811119138 , which is without a doubt one of the best cases you can possibly by. |

You act frugal by recommending a cheaper processor, and then post a RIDICULOUS TWO HUNDRED DOLLAR case? What the ♥♥♥♥. There is NO REASON to not just get a goddamn beige box. Also, did you not stop to think that maybe octyl DOESN'T want to void his warrant and overclock his computer? There's no such thing as "safe" overclocking, you moron. I agree with grif, you should be spending that $200 on your processor, not a case to kick whilst the intertron is not loading. |

My build was fine and cheap for the massive awesome it is emitting. If you need better performance or less cost or something, ask here instead of failingimeanTRYING yourself. |

The reason i changed thing was i heard that LiteOn was bad, and now i am kind of wondering if that is still the graphics card i should get... Also, anyone know a site with all the things on there that ships to canada? |
