				  IRC Unfairness

I think its highly unfair that only those that go on IRC a lot ever get to be Mods. Its elitism in its worst form, And I am on verge of writing to Data about it.

Well those who are on IRC are active.
Those who are active and know how things work have the best chance of becoming mods.
  It's pretty damn simple.

Actually that isn't the case. They aren't chosen because they go on IRC, they are chosen because they are the right people for the jobs. Is it coincidence that all the smart people seem to go onto IRC? Who can tell?

The IRC/DRL is not a democracy. The IRC is the upper class because the people who aren't massive tools (see: ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and the staff) hang out there. If you think you can play with the big kids you're welcome to come, but don't expect a pleasant experience if you step out of line or talk down to your superiors. Administration > Moderators > IRC ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ > Mod Makers > IRC ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥> Forumgoers

Also LAOALAOAL go ahead and email Data. He knows how things works around here, and as far as I know, he likes it this way.

ha, that kinda made me laugh there.. almost.
Sorry for you that it looks like people who go on irc are also moderators on the fourm, case be true, we also get to see who the person is in live chat (be it ventrillo or irc) better then what they post. Yes, i will say we got some rough or shy moderators on the forum, but we need them. If you start making posts and i find them and they are of good quiltly and no spam in ANY of your posts. and when we start looking for more moderators. then you could be the one we pick if you apply when we start that.
