I bought the game two days ago, and have been trying to register it. I have not been able to, and despite emailing support@datarealms.com, I have not yet received any response. I was wondering if any of you could help me figure out the problem. A short list, first. 1. I am not running windows firewall, or any firewall at all. 2. I am on a router but I am currently the DMZ host. 3. Yes, I am sure I typed in my key properly. |

Perhaps the registration server was down when you tried it, or over subscribed with other people's requests? Maybe try again at different times of the day. |

I've been trying every couple of hours since my last post, and I still have no luck. Is there any non-automated way for me to do this, like through e-mail? EDIT: It just worked now. Problem solved. :3 |
