The last one was deleted from having no rules, and I got permission from Antiquity to re-make it.
What you do is copy and paste the picture before you and add some units or anything to fight with. And we can build armies, air squads, and more! And then fight against each other.

You have one more chance to get this right, or there is going to be an additional addendum to the General Discussion rules.

Some suggestions:
1. New canvas, which is SIGNIFICANTLY larger.
2. Limits on number of actions per turn.
3. Either accept all, or lay down concrete rules for additions.
4. Refuse to accept submissions that aren't .png.
5. Refuse to accept submissions that aren't hosted on a lossless image host.
6. Stop inane chatter.
7. Stop allowing unbalancing.
8. Stop making new Paint threads.
9. Don't allow sprites.
10. Enforce movement of units, attack ranges of units, power of units, etc, etc.
