In school, this 50-60 pound freshman kid that plays with halo action figures in class sat next to me and began to fondle himself. When the bell rang he stood up with his small erect penis and walked into the crowded hall. Literally everyone made fun of him and i felt sorry for the guy even though last year he supposedly 'finished' onto a desk.

Well, you have to options, ignore it and don't get involved, or be a nice guy that is friendly with him.

From personal experience, picking the second option will make your risk a LOT of things, not just your social life.

I would be a nice guy to him, by ignoring him. He's a complete ♥♥♥hole/psycho and the least the thing to do would be to make fun of him. I just ignored it and left my seat.

Leave him be, there's no good justification for bullying someone.
