Probably, usually, almost always, HOWEVER composite bows can get pretty short.

Bow looks fine to me yeah, as you pointed out composite bows seem to have come in all kinds of sizes.

Also, the road is actually curving downwards, yes? Otherwise that's some funky perspective going on. That's about the only thing i can think of that isn't merely senseless praise, of which there's plenty to speak of!

Nice scene, Adriaan. I think the composition could be improved if the wall were closer to one of the edges, right now it kinda draws my attention for some reason, probably because it's right in the middle so it evenly divides the scene. Also the moon is sorta dark, Just a small thing.
