Re: The Lounge I've managed to live in almost every corner of the US, just not the middle. Born in Seattle, WA, moved to Phoenix, AZ when I was 1, moved to Cary, NC when I was 13, then moved to several places in PA (moved around every year in leased homes). - While I liked the prevalence of tech in AZ, it was damn hot (and tbh the Mexicans scared me).
- NC was nice, lovely place, but I was forcibly moved so I couldn't enjoy it much.
- PA kinda sucks, most everybody is grumpy and old (I'm serious there must be 70% of the population over age 50). But the weather is nice, and it's amazing in the mountains away from all the grumpy old people in the cities (which also suck and look like they've been abandoned for a few years).
