Adventurer mode is SO FUN though. I wish you had the option to throw enemies you were wrestling; grab a live child and shoulder-throw them at a charging guard... I believe you can but I dunno how.

Re: Dwarf Fortress
You can't, I've taken a lot of time playing with wrestling, closest thing is throwing body parts at people, pelting someone with a series of severed heads is amusing, especially when it severs their head.

Re: Dwarf Fortress
Surprised no ones mentioned any of the graphics packs. All though playing in ANSII might be retro, the game definatly plays better with some cool sprites. I think there's some medieval ones around that look really nice.

Re: Dwarf Fortress
THERE WE GO, that was the one I was think about. Actually, I've never had a control problem on that one. ....except when I play on a laptop with the weird, overlayed keyboard. *Cringes* NEVER TRY THAT EVER.

You can throw opposing creatures while wrestling if you have a grip on them, same way you do everything else in wrestling. As I understand you have to be RIDICULOUSLY strong to get any distance out of it, but I'm pretty sure you do in reality, too, so it works out.

Also if it ♥♥♥♥ with steering you can modify the init files

Re: Dwarf Fortress
That's happened to me before, I think it has to do with resolution. I prefer running it in windowed mode myself, so I can access the Wiki and my utilities more easily.

Re: Dwarf Fortress
I'm getting back into DRL, and I love DF, does anyone want to start a DataRealms bloodline game?
