Quick question: Is it possible to get transparency using paint?

No, unless you make checkerboard of the front and back colours, and that's a ♥♥♥♥♥ to do. Or you could just figure out how many shades darker the transparent colour would be.

A transparent image is just that.

Ie no matter what background you put it on a certain area of the image will be "see-through" aka transparent.

You can't bootleg transparency. Either the program has it or doesn't, and paint does not.

I thought he meant a transparency tool for within images.

I came up with these guys in a dream about a game idea and this was originally going to be the new Reich in my first CYOA, but sadly I can't draw them from the front
