No, unless you make checkerboard of the front and back colours, and that's a ♥♥♥♥♥ to do. Or you could just figure out how many shades darker the transparent colour would be.

Wat.
A transparent image is just that.
Ie no matter what background you put it on a certain area of the image will be "see-through" aka transparent.
You can't bootleg transparency. Either the program has it or doesn't, and paint does not.

You need to start doing CC sprites.
That is of course, assuming you haven't started already. Either way, post some sprites in the sprite dump, or show 'em off here. We need more good spriters...

I came up with these guys in a dream about a game idea and this was originally going to be the new Reich in my first CYOA, but sadly I can't draw them from the front So I issue you a challenge to try and draw him from the front (well ). If you succeed, I will draw anything you wish. But nothing rude.
