I'd like to see some lasers on that ship, Toes. Can't have a fighter without lasers.

Lasers are for pussies. Slap a rail-gun on that thing.

 Re: Art Dump
Now if you three could actually do something other than arguing which awesome gun kind is stupid, everything would be just perfect. Shitty pose but o well, it works.

 Re: Art Dump
see http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_NucTZnPXO1Y/T ... 520002.jpg bomb squad guys have fat armour, space suits usually do, why would an armoured space suit be skin tight?

 Re: Art Dump
I wouldn't expect skin thigh, just proportional due to massive advances in technology.

Whoa hold on who's saying it's a human in there? For all you know, it could be a snail.

 Re: Art Dump
Indeed it could, but the brain usually anthropomorphises humanoid figures regardless of their internal makeup.

 Re: Art Dump
Well skin tight armor is cliche as hell if you ask me, like girls in action movies wearing tight skimpy suits.

 Re: Art Dump
Man so I just wrote a whole paragraph on spacesuits and then I realized
it doesn't matter at all
skintight vs bulky spacesuit is a design choice, there's really no super-significant pros and cons. skintight suits generally give you more mobility, but larger suits are better for insulation, etc

 Re: Art Dump
I guess the thing with that suit is not necessarily the fact that it is bulky, but how thin the legs look compared to the waist and hips, making it seem fatter than it actually is.
Also, yeah, I guess it's all up to the NASA/Klingon/Soviet Russia Space Program engineers to find out which suit better fits each situation. But let's not forget that a suit doesn't need to be either super-bulky or see-through skintight. Maybe the spacesuit of the future is something closer to normal clothing than we imagine?

 Re: Art Dump
Preference-wise, I like bulky, armored suits better (that is, suits that are bulky due to a profusion of armor). They seem durable, and more fitting for the perils of outer space. Wearing some spandex doesn't fit my view of outer space. Again, all opinions.
