The noob ship lets you get used to the game, but can't be upgraded like the rebuilt ship can. Therefor it's stuck in that state, and can't get better, whereas the rebuilt one can become amazing.

Btw is this game hard to get into or is there a really fast learning curve.

And what does "foliage" do?

It's the crap that you plant, it's all just called foliage until you pick it.

I'm planting myself some normal crops to make potions with and Seleia some linen to make clothes with.


It's kind of in the middle, the game has some really bad tutorials, but us at the datarealms guild make it a lot easier.

I have four quick questions.
1.Is it really grindy?
2.Do you have to feed yourself and your crew?
3.Can any idiot make loads of money farming?
4. Do you have to create builds and place skill points wisley or you just level up skills no matter what?

No and yes, as in - it's kind of grindy, but a lot of fun ship-battling in a guild with people from here.
Just your crew, and it's not really that big of a pain or anything.

Place 'stunt' points wisely, and only seven skills can go past level 31.
