Lol! Ever seen the World Sauna Championships? The starting temperature in the men's competition is 110 °C. As for the topic, I have military training, survival training and I'm a good shot. I'm used to sleep outdoors in the woods and come with my own axes, one for cutting wood and one for cuttin heads. I demand two sex-slaves though for providing the group with food, fire and protection. I'm not picky though.

I come with the skill of being very cube like and compact. This ability allows me to hide in small places as well as look like a cardboard box.
(Only joking. :3)

Lol! Ever seen the World Sauna Championships? The starting temperature in the men's competition is 110 °C. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-10912578"Five-time champion Timo Kaukonen had become adept at enduring the tournament's 110C (230F) heat, lasting over 16 minutes in 2003. However, this year, the Finn collapsed along with Russian rival Vladimir Ladyzhensky six minutes into the final round. Mr Ladyzhensky later died in hospital." So yeah staying in a 120°C sauna for too long is not bueno. If you stay for under 5 minutes or if you jump into a lake or something I'm sure you'll be fine. For prolonged periods, though? Nop.

The fact that it's more than 3 times your natural body temperature should tell you something.

Right, back on topic, yeah. But I think we can all agree that the premise of this hypothetical apocalypse is sauna-related deaths of most of the human population?

I've never even seen a sauna, but I'm pretty sure I've got this one.

Re: What skills do you bring to the post-apocalypse?
Hmmm, let me see...
+ I have basic military training which means I can endure a forced march of 10km.s with +4kg.s of gear in army boots, can climb up and down a rope, can shoot midrange targets with an assault rifle, can crawl on asphalt for 20 minutes at 13:00 in July when it's 42 degrees celcius, can get food poisoned on sunday, be on a drip the afternoon, and join 2 hours of training monday morning, can live on bread/potatoes, salt and water for 2 weeks, can survive a room full of feet that smell like spoilt cheese, can dig up a septic tank with only a shovel and surgical gloves, and transfer the cesspit mud with a cartwheel without contracting any diseases, parasites, or making complaints, etc., etc.
+ I can keep a good written record of things, have hints of eidetic memory, and a very good sense of direction.
+ I can think of quick alternative solutions/routes and make risk analysis accurately and quickly.
+ I'm cautious natured.
+ I can teach people stuff without getting impatient.
+ Not that I'm a druid or anything but I get on well with cats, dogs, and probably other sentient animals.
+ I can kill a floater with a Super sledge or a ripper.
+ I like gardening and farming.
+ I always thought I'd make a good right hand man.
On the other hand I have anxiety disorder. I might even be bipolar.
