(they have a pop-up on their website which says you can talk to a advisor if you want to.)

After waiting for a bit(odd, since the pop-up isn't always there, so you'd expect it to be based on available advisors....)
I get a message that a certain Sara will help me.

I get a basic:
"Hello, this is Sara(sales advisor) Can I help you? Can I ask for your name?"
To which I respond with:
"Dearest Sara, could you explain to me why I would rather buy a galaxy note than a galaxy nexus?'(the note is more expensive and runs a old version of android)
"In combination with an iSmart200 subscribtion."
*She disconnects*

This may be a strange idea, but aren't the sales advisors suppost to help you choose what you want to buy? I am now feeling tempted to not take a t-mobile subscribtion just because of this terrible behavior. But they are the cheapest, not to mention only, provider with limitless internets....

The conversation itself, in Dutch:
