No, that's Tabasco sauce, it's made from hot peppers and vinegar, aged for three years. One drop of this stuff on your food will set your mouth on fire. Tabasco is from the USA, but it's true it has a mediterranean feel/taste to it, albiet much hotter than any sauce you can find around here.
