Re: Art Dump
Just some little thing I've made in Cinema 4D, part of an animation, but I think I'll run it through after effects first.

Re: Art Dump
Full view 1400x1400Whee, I think I've got these guys down. The problem is, I'm not planning on including them in the base game

Re: Art Dump
Loving that minecraft image, but the grass needs to be greener like matty's version. Also I love that orc but dislike the moustache bit, meaty sideburns and long ass ponytail- yes, but I feel like the moustache doesn't work.

Re: Art Dump
I love that design. Unique with its own flavour, but also recognizable as ORC. The uniqueness even complements the classical aspect.

Re: Art Dump
Overbite is when the top jaw sticks out more. Your orc has an underbite.
Anyways, it looks very nice. Although I prefer your previous one, since it's less typical of orcs, and much more original. Maybe give them the outfittings of this one, for the best of both?

Re: Art Dump
Photos are an artistic endeavour, right? well, got a camera yesterday. the Sony NEX-5. Here's a few practice shots, they're not incredible, but... Just had a few tweaks in photo editing software. Also, the specs aren't dust on the lens, they're bits inside the fish tank.

I seem to be unable to keep lighting consistent

Maybe give them the outfittings of this one, for the best of both? *facepalm* that's what I get for writing things late at night I suppose. Cheers for the fix. Also yeah, I'm annoyed at how much it's turned into a more generic orc, but I'll get the base things worked out before coming back to it, I think. matty: I like the bokeh in them. Nice soft focus too. p3l: the anatomy seems iffy :/ also i think the lighting is inconsistent because you're using really heavy linework in what is essentially a value study.

Re: Art Dump
First try at a logo for my faction. I think it's a bit too simple.

I would like it if it was more like this: <ATTACHMENT>
But that's just me. I like subtle kinda art styles like that.

Re: Art Dump
p3l: nice, I'd like to have seen something on the surface worked in though, little towns and such perhaps. <3 alchemy though.
