Torrent, shut up, I have wanted one of those for forever, it's on my 'This is now the future, you can die happy' list along with true holographic displays, true artificial intelligence and independent space colonies.

*shrugs*
I don't think it'd be of much use outside of a couple of very specific fields. Seems like a touch screen for PC, but with 3D art capabilities.

It's specific field being raw awesomeness. Plus the fact It's not even half the cost of a touch screen monitor

Hm, but will it replace Mouse and keyboard, or will it just be something else we can use during different tasks?

Re: Link Dump
You know, this all reminds me of Minority Report, the movie, but in that movie, for the cool fancy touchscreen they wore gloves with sensors in them. Why hasn't anyone done that yet? Wouldn't that make it easier for the system?

Re: Link Dump
Because we have normal touch screens, that don't need expensive sensor gloves.

Re: Link Dump
Not for touch screens. I mean, we develop this fancy technology to recognize the hand and it's shape, but wouldn't i be simpler for a computer to recognize sensors and react to those instead of having to try and find the hand?
