Well, I've checked around, downloaded some stuff, and edited some of the files to suit my need for a challenge a bit better.

Some more bunker modules really made things better, a few new maps that didnt look like rubbish gave good variation, but some things we're a bit too crazy to balance with the rest of the game so far. I took the advice to download Crobos and change the enemy spawns to mainly contain them instead, which certainly did improve the experience a fair amount, but I had to make some drastic changes in prices on them and their guns to make sure I didnt use those bullet-proof bastards and their demonic arsenal too often myself. Some other mods as well, but I've yet to make up my mind entirely on most. Think I'll look into that zombie-one next... Always did enjoy the presence of those lovely little horrid monsters.

Oh, and I've been in the chat too. Time zones just get me there at the wrong time of the day, mostly. And since I don't like to distract myself while I drown my problems in escapism, I tend to not be around any active chat too often anyway.


EDIT: Come to think of it, I better stay away from the chat most of the time anyway. I prefer my communication in comprehensible civil complete sentences, and would only appear as some "holier than thou"-pretentious bastard, appearantly, since I write just as vividly in wording both in forum posts as well as chat. Theres nothing to gain by being in an environment where my vocabulary merely agitates waves of continuous offensive nonsense.
I'm here to speak of my appreciation for the game and its mods, perhaps to learn how to better improve my own ability to edit and create for the game from our own ideas, and any social interaction will just have to be taken for what it is. We'll just keep our distance, in case there's nothing else to gain through sharing opinions and interests here. No harm done.
