Brb, ignoring attempted derailment of my thread by a troll

So, the main question seems to be "when the hell is B24 coming, what's up with the longer-than-usual silence, is it that goddamn hard to type a few words and hit submit, etc, etc"

And people want me to do a video of this whole interview process? Well, hell. That probably mostly hinges on my being able to find a friend who's willing to go to San Francisco right before Halloween and help me out with SERIOUS INTERNET BUSINESS.

Bonus points if you approach him while wearing a hat and a monocle.

I'm pretty sure that Dan is going, seeing as;
A. His super-duper unicycling buddy, Matthew Wegner is organising it.
B. The photos on the website are credited to a mysterious "data realms".

I'm also going to volunteer myself as question list compiler.

The list: (append 'in b24' where necessary)
♥♥♥♥ to do with Cortex Command;
Q: Will IsScrap be fixed?
Q: Will Lua on attachables be fixed?
Q: Will more control of the engine, and variables in particular, be opened up to Lua?
Q: Will AI have been ported to Lua?
Q: Will fog-of-war be in B24?
Q: Will we get documentation on regular variables? (ex: CharHeight seems to have some bizarre effects unrelated to it's primary function)
Q: Have proper MO-MO collisions ever been looked into as a possibility?
Q: What can we expect in terms of AI improvements, first-party content updates, etc?
Q: Would you be willing to at some point consider making Cortex Command open source, or otherwise allowing the community to develop the core game themselves?
Q: Are you able to guess a vague release date for B24? (ex: This year, maybe?)

♥♥♥♥ to do with the forums/wiki;
Q: Will the wiki ever be fixed?
Q: Will the numerous issues with the forum ever be fixed? (ex: Polls, badges, signatures, et cetera)
Q: Will we ever see regular updates on the devlog again? (and by extension, what happened to Weasel's updates?)

Random ♥♥♥♥ that MLC probably asked;
Q: Where did you buy that tracksuit you wore at GDC?
Q: What's up with weasel? He seems to be lurking and not doing much lately...
Q: How does anyone contact you any more? You don't seem to check your e-mail.
Q: WE LOVE YOU DANNY WHY DON'T YOU TALK TO US?! :(

Other ♥♥♥♥ which is also somewhat random;
Q: When are we getting the CRAB PLUSHIES?!
Q: How goes the one-handed push-ups?
Q: What have you been doing for the past year or w/e since you submitted anything to the svn.

♥♥♥♥ relating to the Cave Vehicle Engine;
Q: Are there any plans to include unicycles in Cave Engine?
Q: Will the Cave Vehicle Engine project significantly detract from the development of CC, or will CC be in a near-finished before the dev team's attention is focused on CVE?

If he, at any point, appears to be tiring of your questioning, steal his unicycle and then ransom it back to him.

It could be a good idea to chuck in a few non-accusatory questions to make this seem less like a personal attack.

In line with Geti's suggestion:
What's your Dodgeball record so far?
When are we getting them coa light plushies?
When are we getting the CRAB PLUSHIES?!

Fine, updated the post with one of your sissy "don't make dan angry enough to flex his mahscles" questions.
Also, a question relating to Dan's mahscles.

Q - What can we expect in B24, in terms of AI improvements, first-party content updates, etc? -RDM
Q - On a scale of 1 to 10, how hard is the dev team currently working on CC? -RDM
Q - Will the Cave Engine project significantly detract from the development of CC, or do you think that CC will be in a near-finished/finished state before the dev team's attention is focused on Cave Engine?
Q - Are there any plans to include unicycles in Cave Engine? -RDM

Added a couple of your questions, and also a question about if he has considered open sourcing the engine.

Thinking about it, a crab plushie would be awesome.
Especially if it could gib, and then be stuck back together with velcro or something.

I doubt he's got open-source plans. I seem to remember him talking about selling it as a proprietary engine once it's done.

Personally, I love how data's "Mahscles" have gotten to be almost as big of a joke as his disconnection from the forums.
