I read the biggest caliber out there (for a rifle, I think) was a .950 JDJ.
But damn, a .600 Nitro Express on a gun? I thought those were just used on rifles!

What silliness. You can't hold that thing and fire it? May as well use a cannon. The .600 is about the most powerful mobile handgun you'll get.
