Data wrote: the metagame code uses functions for saving out and loading entire terrains as-is.. could expose them to lua eventually so this lua-based save logic would be completely doable That has to be the most heavily-veiled death threat I've ever seen.

Re: The Lounge
What? I wasn't proving a point. I was quoting his most recent forum post, then poking fun at how it wasn't actually a death threat. Me and Sothe have already made up, that wasn't meant to be insolent.

♥♥♥♥' A, my school laptop's graphics card committed seppuku or some ♥♥♥♥. Now I'm stuck with 600x800 screen resolution plus 4-bit color.

Can't be as bad as my vertically stretched monitor at my dads house. It's weird seeing circles as ovals, and squares as rectangles.

Re: The Lounge
Speaking of beer I tasted one today for the first time. Holy ♥♥♥♥ I almost threw up. It was the worst tasting liquid I've ever drank. It burned my throat as I drank it.

Re: The Lounge
...Okay, I get people not liking beer. Lots of my friends don't like the taste of beer, and I live in Wisconsin - in a town that has three breweries, no less.
But you've got to be THE BIGGEST ♥♥♥♥♥ if a single drink of beer burns your throat. Also, you've got to be pretty young if you've not tasted beer until now. I first tried beer when I was 4, mistaking it for apple juice, and first INTENTIONALLY tried it three years later. Hell, my mom let me finish her half-empty beers when I was 10.

Re: The Lounge
I don't see how it burns your throat at all. I first tried it when I was ten or something, and I started to really enjoy it later. But then I got to taste my dads gin. And I got to taste it some more. And then I realized why people drink it.
