Yeah, he was a rock legend.
I'll always remember and cherish him for White Light White Heat and TVU With Nico. Not Loaded, or Metal Machine Music

I am learning to play Tool and SOAD (Guitar). Both very interesting bands, with interesting lyrics.

I am also trying to play some of Jimi's songs.

Nice choice, although I think SOAD is extremely hard to play and sing along. I was trying to learn to play Tankian's "The Unthinking Majority" lately but gave up the idea because it turned out to be too difficult to play and sing.

If you think you can do their songs justice without a band, you must be a god. Buckethead should be easier to do justice with only a guitar and a lot of skill. I think it is because he doesn't have the heavy use of the bass and singing that Tool and SOAD have. Ok, SOAD might not have a lot of really noticeable bass the way that Tool does, but you should get my point.

I completely forgot about Tankian. Thanks for bringing him up!

Oh yeah, Mikael Åkerfeldt is an awesome singer.

I saw a good documentary about Girl Talk in school. He got slammed by astronomical copyright lawsuits lol.

I've been thinking about The Smiths a lot.
Does anyone on here like them? Hate them? Is Morrissey annoying?

In honor of winter

Anco was my first "favorite" band, and this was my favorite album of theirs, because I spent part of winter in Sedona exploring the forest and listening to Sung Tongs, Feels, and Spirits.
