Re: The Lounge
You should watch Sesevenen to get an understanding of my comparisons. Its oscar winning psychological thriller material. With an oscar winning obsessive maniac

Asklar wrote: Caek, I was actually summoning you. You are the avatar of destruction, the aspect of the senile dragons. Look upon my terrifying form and know only despair. Just kidding. Hey Asklar, does this sound like you, perchance? Quote: Young and impetuous, the Dragon of Air is the seeker of hazardous knowledge, of crafts that are handed down by the shortlived humans from father to child, of myriad facts about the world which he views from on high.
Curious and intuitive, he is quick to sense the meaning of all things, but he is also restless and frivolous.
His only commandment is that his followers should explore, learn, and enjoy all things in life, but mostly, that they should do as they wish, as long as they respect and honour the world . If so, here you go :p Hell, I once matched Keb's personality to that of this lovable fellow. Quote: He is ravenous and insatiable, the “dragon-snake that eats its own tail”.
He is the father of wanton destruction, of frantic mutation, of rampant madness.
His “logic” defies mortal reason. He can save one day and kill the next, laugh and cry within a matter of seconds, be alternatively cruel and comforting...

Duh102 wrote: caekdaemon wrote: *posting dragon selfies* Nerd and/or furry >:I It's not April Fools Day just yet :p Anyway, nah, they're from the Ubisoft version of the Might and Magic universe, a setting that I'm rather fond of. It's pretty much the great grandfather of my own writing universe, as it served as an enormous well of inspiration that has since become self sustaining and really helped me get my own writing ball rolling. Hell, Fantasy is an earlier version of my current main universe (that I plan to turn into a trilogy or so...at least, that's how much material I have planned right now) where the gaps between it and M&M were pretty much negligible. So really, it's my way of honoring the father of my own setting and writing career. Sort of like how the staff of the Empire State Building send a card to the Reynolds Building every father's day, since that was the building's own direct predecessor. That, and I have a soft spot for big flying things that go "rawr" since my mother kept tons of little dragon statues around the house when I was a child She's obsessed with them to a fairly creepy level.

Re: The Lounge
I'm only really here for my special forum games cubby (and the only person I message is Caek), but I do hate to see anyone driven away from the community (especially an often-funny regular like Sothe or a person as sweet as Rajani).
If you really are leaving, all the best. I've had my share of vicious arguments with Foa, but I'm sorry that whatever drama happened between all of you intensified to the point where you felt forced to depart DRLFF.

Re: The Lounge
Rather accurate Caek, it does quite describe things about me.
And Keb is so sweet.

There's probably a million. Here, have one that I found after Googling for five seconds. Apparently, I'm a griffith. loltest wrote: Griffiths are Apterian Quadripeds (no wings, four legs). A Griffith is a playful little creature, young at heart. They are about the same size as a horse, but they are flexible and quiet like a cat. They are curious and peaceful dragons. If you are a Griffith, you prefer to be care-free and fun. You are kind to all, and you have optimistic beliefs.

You are kind to all, and you have optimistic beliefs. According to the one you just linked, I'm a sea serpent. Quote: Marophius (Sea Dragon) is an Apterian (no wings), but of course, wings are not needed in the water. Sea Serpents are well-known to lurk at the bottom of the sea. They are snake-like and can spout water and/or steam instead of fire. They are sneaky, hiding everywhere in the vast ocean. If you are a Marophius, you are cunning, intelligent, and sly like a snake. Not quite right, but on the way there. Roast Veg wrote: i meant caeks dragons No I just match people's personality traits to their descriptions. I'd say I'm either like Asha or Elrath, since I have the former's neutrality with pieces of the latter's personality, but I'd say I'm closer to Asha on that list.
