Re: The Lounge
Lol TLB, that has to be the most original language I've seen in long time. The code makes me hungry though :v

Re: The Lounge
You stalkin' my GitHub, boy? But yes, Churro is an excellent language and you should all use it. It actually is finished -- as far as I'm aware, the language is Turing Churring complete, and the interpreter is fully functional. Hell, there's even a compiler if you want to produce machine code. It's a frontend to LLVM, meaning it can compile to pretty much any architecture worth mentioning. The compiler was written by a friend, but I've tested it with every existing piece of Churro code (that is, a whopping three pieces of code) and it works. Here's a piece of Churro code that takes a number n as input and prints the first n numbers of the Fibonacci sequence. Code: {*}==========} {*}==========} {={o} {*}==========} {={o} {*}========} {={o} {o}==} {====={o} {========={o} {*}==========} {={o} {==={*} {o}==========} {==={*} {o}} {======{o} {o}=} {======{o} {={o} {o}=} {====={o} {*}=} {={o} {===={*} {{o} {o}==} {======{o} {={o} {o}=} {======{o} {={o} {o}} {====={o} {========={o} {*}==========} {={o} {===={*} {o}==========} {========{o} {o}=} {o}=} {====={o} {o}} {======{o} {==={o} {o}} {o}=} {====={o} {o}} {===={o} {o}=} {======{o} {==={o} {=========={o} {===={o} {o}} {======={o} {o}==========} {========{o} {o}=} {o}=} {====={o} {o}} {======{o} {*}=} {={o} {==={o} {o}} {o}=} {====={o} {o}} {===={o} {o}=} {======{o} {==={o} {=========={o} {===={o} {o}=} {======={o} {o}==========} {========{o} {o}} {o}=} {====={o} {o}=} {o}==} {====={o} {o}} {======{o} {*}==} {={o} {o}} {====={*} {{o} {==={o} {o}=} {======{o} {o}==} {======{o} {={*} {======={*} {o}==} {====={o} {o}=} {====={o} {{o} {o}==========} {========{o} {o}} {======{o} {*}=} {={o} {o}} {====={*} {{o} {===={o}
Churro is love. Churro is life. If you're thinking of getting into programming but don't know where to start, Churro is the answer. If you need to write a database application serving millions of customers daily, Churro is the answer. If you're pondering the very meaning of existence, Churro is definitely the answer.

Re: The Lounge
I guess it's about time for me to spill the beans.
I've been accepted into the Art's Institute in Phoenix, Arizona and will be completing online courses in November.
In late December or January, I will be moving to Arizona to take part of the culinary majors they offer there.

Re: The Lounge
I've been slowly working my way through Enemy Within. I really like the additions but the base game is just fine on its own.

Re: The Lounge
I played Enemy Unknown, but I'm now playing with both the Slingshot DLC and Enemy Within for the first time. I'm also playing it on Ironman, so I haven't even gotten to use Meld yet because I'm being very careful about everything.
I did manage to get lasers and Carapace armor in time to finish the Alien Base Assault on the very last day of month 2, which is pretty great because the strongest thing they could throw at me was Floaters. Unfortunately I kind of made a massive planning mistake with satellites, so they're going to finish building the day after the Council report. Sigh.

Re: The Lounge
Grats Mack! Sounds pretty good c:
I began X-Com Enemy Unknown when I got it for free in the vote thing. It's pretty damn good but I still can't get used to some things, like that your crafts are divided by region and can't chase UFOs anywhere outside of their place. And those fights are weird too, I prefered the older system. Still, it's very fun.
Also the nickname system has to be the best thing ever.

Okay.
But sadly I'm the person that probably post the least interesting things on the forums.
