Post Re: The Lounge
im on my phone headed to the doctors so i apologize if this post comes across as brief/sloppy/etc.

this still has nothing to do with frozen and everything to do with the way miggles decided to state his opinion. i have not insulted miggles once, and i respect miggles as much as i respect anybody else. i was not offended for even a fraction of a second by miggles or his actions because it doesnt effect me at all. everything ive suggested is for his sake, not my own.

all i have done is suggest that he work on the way he carry himself because it effects how others see him. its just a suggestion, hes free to consider it or reject it. but im not going to tolerate people saying things like that i am insulting or attacking miggles personally, and calling me a shrinking violet jackhole (what even??), when i have been consistently respectful through this.

I've been playing a lot of MMO lately. Great fun, and I'm finding a bunch of friends.

Which one.

Wildstar. It's pretty great.

You guys have nothing on these color codes.
Also this is exceptionally obnoxious, I know.

I think that's enough of that.

I heard it was very fun. Like most new MMOs, all I really got to was the character creation. It's good to see more western cartoon looking MMOs out there; classic fantasy is a little played out.

To be fair, MMOs are pretty much the worst type of game around. Well, actually, slightly above microtransaction facebook-esque games, those are worse.

The main issue is the excessive dev times, and expenses. It just bleeds obligation/logistics, and cuts down on experimentation.

Also, you two need to realise, he wants you to stop lecturing him about he carries himself. Calm yo tits you snide bastards.

this stray kitten approached me out of the blue a couple days ago, came right up and rubbed against my leg as i was getting the mail. he had no collar so we turned him into the humane society shelter. i waited with him and held him for an hour and a half before handing him to the nice man who came to pick him up. hes the nicest stray ive ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Anyways, re: MMO's, Wildstar seems like one of the better ones around, although i haven't tried it myself. From what i've seen on my brothers monitor, it seems incredibly lively, full of personality and generally pretty fun, although i dare say that it being an MMO doesn't do it a lot of favours.

Defiance is also a pretty cool MMO, since it's not the usual "click auto-attack and spam skills" type of MMO, but rather an actual third person shooter. Definitely not without faults, but i like how it breaks away from the typical MMORPG mold.

Eve Online also deserves mention for how much unlike most other MMO's it is, but it isn't my kind of game, and it suffers badly from gankers and griefers.

Age of Conan is notable in that it goes for a bloody and gritty low fantasy style, and also because of its combat system, which actually requires a bit of thinking beyond mashing buttons (although it quickly devolves into mashing a set pattern of buttons to trigger combo attacks).

AND FINALLY, the two MMO's that i actually liked playing: Earth & Beyond, and Tabula Rasa. Both of them have been shut down, which bums me out to no end. Those games were actually cool. :c

yea every time a car drove by he became really alert, we think he probably crossed a road and was terrified of the cars. he also probably had been out for a night and not slept because as soon as i sat down with him he curled up in my lap and tried to rest. he would lay over my arm and stuff he was just charming as could be...
