 Re: The Lounge Neato. I'm for GamerGate but got upset with the massive amounts of spam early on, and the motivation of the browsers before Adam Baldwin rallied the troops. You can't deny that many of the first threads were a bunch of salt fests whining about da womyns. It has grown since then.

Re: The Lounge the mods/janitor capitulated, and nuked it; they only got to 2 or so gorrilion shekels.
Regardless, as far as 4chan went, it was confused what was going on, and decided to man up harder than chanology. So far they are doing swimmingly, and the group of people I'm with sussed out Zoe Quinn from shilling up the chat.
For a self-proclaimed hacker and totally bamf at programming (which is why she wasn't hired in the job that she applied for), they don't know how to use VMs (let alone non-OS based irc clients), or proxies, but I guess that's an issue when you use the free wifi at the bars you frequent. (And this isn't even talking about her lack of programming skills)
