@Ophanim, it's not a missing texture, its from a hair and eye mod.

As for the eyes probably the hairstyle/eyecolor mod somehow fudged up the eye texture Anyways, this game is great, I don't care if it is Post-apocalyptic Oblivion or if is a little bit action oriented than the previous games, I like it. The game even managed to make me buy two really old games (Fallout 1 and 2, which i've never played before) and - even more surprisingly - play them and enjoy them. Slavers missions FTW.
