I'm not 100% up date to date on Russia's current political situation but I think that A(They haven't been communist for a while, ya know, a few years and B( They would be helping the US if NK went to war with us.

Hasn't Russia like, not even been a threat since the Cold War? I think the only reason Russia still has this image of being a looming threat is because Hollywood and video games keep going to Russia as their big bad for some reason.

Really the new panel should be a massive China (almost double the military size of the US) facepalming while NK gets stepped on by the US, or perhaps kicked aside for a more PG comic

Some people have idea that China would help NK in the event of war. Idiocy knows no bounds.

China has a larger military size but their military spending is almost 4.5x lower than the US'. The US could pretty well out-do them, which means they could pretty much out-do anyone as the lead in military technology of the world.

Any country that possesses nuclear weapons can be considered a threat, in that it could actually do damage to America if it could risk plunging the world into radioactive hell.

Speaking as a Russian with family extant in Siberia, nobody would care if the United States invaded the DPRK; they're just as eager to carve up North Korean territory as the United States, and Russia has been on bad terms with China since more or less forever.

Nah, the RAF is. It is is the worlds oldest independent air force. As in, one that isn't a subdivision of the army or navy, but rather a whole section of the armed forces. It was made when the Royal Flying Corps, the army's own air group and the Royal Naval Air Service, which was the navy's air units.
