What about zepplins?

Excellent point. You could stay aloft pretty much indefinitely.

All you would need is food.

Dude that's so good. Something like, a huuuuge zeppelin, huge enough to have space for harvest and animals, and you could float near a lake or something to get water.

yeah, but ya gonna need a large crew to maintain the place 24/7 or else its going up like the Hindenburg, X10.

Helium.

Unlike the Hindenburg which used Hydrogen, a highly explosive gas, Helium is used nowadays as it is inflammable. Most Zeppelins are made of strong materials aswell.

The skyship 600, for example, has a canvas made out of kevlar and a frame made out of composites. Most blimps/Zeppelins have strong materials, as they have learnt their lessons well.

ill tell you my Zombie Apocalypse plan:

Go to a gun store, not in a well known town, or at least find a thick walled building with windows that are small, and has a 2'' thick metal door with 0.5 LBS bolt, only exit it during the day(assuming the undead would not venture into the sun's UV rays.) to scavenge for nonperishable food(canned goods, freeze dryed food, bottled drinks, candy, M.R.E.s at abandoned military bases(need to be careful here), ammunition, weapons, other survivors, and a small portable generator(if i cant find one ill head to a super-market(long after day 1) to find some powerful earth magnets, copper wires, and other things to make a hand cranked generator to get a motor to work and spin the crank for me.(detailed enough?)

guess were not going to disscus the possible holes in my plan?
or did i do a perfect job devising it and thus, no comments needed?

All right, if you want me to discuss the flaws in your plan, I shall. In a orderly list.

1. Most gun stores would have been picked clean during the initial panic of the zombie outbreak.
2. Even a small town has a large population, most likely higher then the amount of ammunition you would find inside a gun store.
3. Last time I checked, there are not many buildings with two inch thick metal doors, and even those would probably have been taken already by other survivors before you got there, or are otherwise inaccessible.
4. Exiting during the day is not a viable option. Of course it improves your eyesight, but it also improves those of zombies and raiders.
5. Most malls and places where nonperishable goods are located would have been picked clean by other survivors.
6. Even if 5 is not true, then odds are people would
a. Raid you for food supplies.
b. Join up with you, thus increasing the consumption of food, or
7. Be unable to get the food supplies back to your home, either due to
a. Zombies in the way?
b. Changes in the towns layout, such as the construction of a barricade by another group of survivors.
8. Weapons may or may not already be in the hands of looters/raiders/other survivors, or lack the sufficient components to be functional (Ammunition), or in desperate need of maintenance.
9. Portable generators require gasoline. Of course, this is easy to acquire by siphoning cars, but it adds to the amount of things to do per day.
a. You never listed something to store the energy. Without it being stored, as soon as the generator goes off, you run out of power.
b. Generators produce noise. Noise may attract the infected, or raiders.
c. Lights (presumably powered by your generator ) are effectively a sign for other humans to raid you.
10. A motor would most likely consume more power then produced by a hand crank generator, therefore causing diminishing returns.

Not only that, but you miss out on other vitally important things, such as long term food production, water supply, security and a number of other factors, as well as realizing that during a apocalyptic scenario, other human's are not going to be your friends. They would most likely kill you to get your junk.

You should be prepared to do the same.
