You go to the guy's gallery. You look at what he has. When you find something you like, go to the left side of the image. Some stuff should pop up, like "Favorite", "Send to mobile" and "Download". You download, it should be a .rar file.
Then, extract the .rar. It should be a folder with a mssomethingblahfile, and its description should say something like "File for visual style in Windows" or something, if you've installed the patch, that is. In the one I downloaded, there was a few fonts that might be needed for a good look, so I installed them too.
A quick guide on installing fonts, in case you didn't know:
1: Ctrl+X the font files (.TTF, means TrueTypeFont, I believe)
2: My Computer>Control Panel>Looks and Themes(A rough guess, since mine is in Norwegian).
3: On the menu to the left that should read "Other places", there should be a clickable called "Fonts". Click there and CTRL+V the .TTF files.

And on the topic of lassekongo's themes, I'm using Lakrits myself, looks nice and tidy.

I dont really like desktop themes.
