Re: Ho Ho Ho. the chimney lifts up and there is a button. when you push the button a door appears on the floor, you go down into the hole, and somehow end up dropping out of the celing into the upstairs floor.

Re: Ho Ho Ho. or you throw the fireplace hole at the wall, it makes a hole that you can walk through into the upper room.

Since the goal of this game is the collection of ornaments, go back to the bookcase, take the red ornament and candle, and then go back into the basement, and proceed to root around Rayo's corpse for anything...festive?
