Well, I was just experimenting and such. But I don't know how they could 'magically import security settings onto my computer', but ever since then my computer has been screwed up. Badly.

Also, I tried other programs on the internet. Soldat works fine, Toribash doesn't register servers. Also my firewall is off.

And Father Venn, opera looks very cool. I think people will actually start respecting your opinion when you learn english and get a non offensive avatar.

Yeah, I guess that it should just stop all the restrictions as soon as I disconnect it. I'm going to get AVG via flash drive and clean sweep my computer of viruses. If that doesn't work, off to good memories back in XP...

It's still better advice than any tech support rubbish.
And just to highten my luck the power has gone out in a freak wind storm thinger, so now alll I can use is dialup internet on my glitchy laptop, which is running low on battery. I guess I'll get a virus scanner tomorrow. :cry:
